of your whole life.
Habits, health, books, people, projects, money. One quiet place where every day compounds, and your own agents do the typing.

What you are building, and how far along.
One app per part of life.
Small days, stacked high.
Check a habit in one tap. Your heatmap fills in, your streak grows, and misses stay honest instead of guilty.
- Daily, weekly and count-based habits
- Streaks and 90-day consistency
- Agents can log it for you
No AI inside. Your agents run it.
LifeOS exposes every action through one MCP server. Bring Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Cursor, or wire up your own bots. Every write is logged, attributed, and one click from undone.
Compounding.
Nothing here is impressive on day one. A year in, it is the clearest picture of your life you have ever owned.
“I stopped opening nine apps. My agents file everything, and I just look at the heatmap.”
Questions, answered.
Does LifeOS have AI built in?
No. There is no chat box and no AI features inside the app. Your own agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, or custom bots) connect through one MCP server and do the work. The one exception is video summaries, labeled Summary / Gemini.
What can an agent actually do?
Anything you can do by hand: log a habit, add a book or podcast, file a fact about a person, write a journal entry, tick off a list. Each action is a named MCP tool, like habits.log or people.add_fact.
Can I undo what an agent did?
Yes. Every write is recorded in the activity log with who did it and when, and each entry has an Undo button that restores the previous state.
How does health data get in?
Sleep, steps and heart rate sync from your watch through Health Connect on Android, and land in the Health module without any manual entry.
Who owns my data?
You do. LifeOS is a single-user app on your own database, and you can export everything at any time.
